Jailer and detention records: Jailer Jeff Tindall operates the Oldham County Detention Center. Release logs and booking records go to Jessica Childers, Chief Deputy and records custodian, 3405 West Highway 146, La Grange, KY 40031; 502-222-3500; jchilders@oldhamcountyky.gov. The lobby is open daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hand delivery and record inspection are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., excluding holidays.
Sheriff records: Sheriff Tim Wakefield's office is a separate custodian at 100 W. Jefferson Street, Suite 2, La Grange, KY; 502-222-9501; fax 502-222-3206; jacquisto@oldhamcountyky.gov. Its records route operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Use it for sheriff-held arrest, incident, warrant, or court-security material, not the detention center's release log.
Court records: The Oldham Circuit Court Clerk is at 100 W. Main Street, La Grange, KY 40031, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call Circuit at 502-222-9837, District Civil at 502-222-5621, or District Traffic at 502-222-0522. A signed court order shows the legal action; the jail log is the better source for physical exit time.

Include the full name, date of birth or offender ID, a mailing address, and a clear description of the existing record sought.
